Callum Worsfold

Callum Worsfold is a figurative artist whose practice centres around observation, painting primarily from life.
Callums paintings cross all major genres including Landscape, portraiture and still life.
As an artist his style can be hard to pin down, changing significantly between series. More recently Callum has been experimenting with mixed media in his pursuit of plein Air painting, often combining Acrylic paint with pastels to create a more varied and interesting painterly surface.
Callums developing style can be best observed through his self portraits which each are painted in a unique style and material.
Callum has attended the National Art School, was recently a semi finalist in the Doug Moran National Portrait Prize and is currently the Head teacher at Welight Art School where he teaches drawing and painting professionally
