Ochredfern offers you a wide range of art, showcasing the wealth of talent in Sydney from local, emerging and established artists to bring you a wide selection across various media and disciplines, including - drawing and sketches - abstract, landscape and figurative painting - printmaking, sculpture - ceramics - digital media as well as artist and artisan made jewellery and much more.

Ochre is a natural clay earth pigment, a mixture of ferric oxide and varying amounts of clay and sand. It has a long history across the globe, it still widely used in indigenous culture for spiritual, ritual, ceremonies and creative purposes here in Australia and has been used by people across the globe for more than 300 000 years. Ochre has also been in use for millennia and is still used by artists today.
